Since we are avid boaters, we knew this was the right home for us. We immediately reached out to Jessy to schedule a showing. Her knowledge of the area, the property and the HOA procedures were spot on. Since we did not have a realtor, she was able to act as the seller and buyer agent. She was fair, honest, and extremely responsive. She also helped manage the process with the insurance agent, mortgage agent, and inspection. It was a smooth process thanks to Jessy.
