If you are looking for an EXCEPTIONAL realtor look no further than Jessy Soto. We were driving through a cute neighborhood and found a house for sale on the water. Since we are avid boaters, we knew this was the right home for us. We immediately reached out to Jessy to schedule a showing. Her knowledge of the area, the property and the HOA procedures were spot on. Since we did not have a realtor, she was able to act as the seller and buyer agent. She was fair, honest, and extremely responsive. She also helped manage the process with the insurance agent, mortgage agent, and inspection. It was a smooth process thanks to Jessy.
