Jessy was great in quickly getting us in to see the listings we wanted to check out, even when she had to be out of town she made the showings happen. She negotiated with the seller to get me a seller credit to help with my closing cost. She kept me informed on what I needed to get for a home run closing. I highly recommend her services!!

If you are looking for an EXCEPTIONAL realtor look no further than Jessy Soto. We were driving through a cute neighborhood and found a house for sale on the water. Since we are avid boaters, we knew this was the right home for us. We immediately reached out to Jessy to schedule a showing. Her knowledge of the area, the property and the HOA procedures were spot on. Since we did not have a realtor, she was able to act as the seller and buyer agent. What an amazing experience we had from beginning to end of the process of purchasing our home in Florida! Jessy went above & beyond, driving us 2 full days in & around West Palm Beach! We looked at an estimated 12-15 homes in those 2 days, she kept us notified & would email new homes on a daily basis.
